Birthing is a usually associated with pain and suffering, not to mention the almost unbearable expectancy period. In the case of Andrepreneur, birthing was protracted by circumstances best described in lump as exciting, not exactly the antonym of pain/suffering.

Andrepreneur is actually a step in the general direction of being AWAY from pain and suffering: mentally, emotionally and financially. It was born of a very practical realization by its CA (Chief Andrepreneur) - Andre Seno Urbina, that when projects are embarked on, in a state of faith, miracles happen.

Flashbacks:

2006.  Andrepreneur established an art brokerage group, with a major art collector as CEO. He handled the very enterprising acquisition of a salon in Makati in exchange for some art pieces. He launched an art website. He handled the launching of another art and antiques gallery while pondering on the best way to help visual artists.

2007. Andrepreneur was in a state of agony over going back to a foreign land as an OFW, a prospect unthinkable, in as much as he believed that prosperity is not a matter of geography. This writer found him waiting at tables at the back of the Mall of Asia, while doing the brain job of efficiently running the establishment.

2008. Shifty start-ups on credit coops for tricycle drivers in his locality, while partnering with some hot shot real estate developers.

2009 -13. Family time and some very down-to-earth lessons in financial management, investments and banking from a hedge fund group.

2014. Andrepreneur is born. And about time, at that!

Happy Birthday, Andrepreneur!

Labor Day won't be the only thing remembered on May 1!

I've set up a company called 'Andrepreneur'.

'Andrepreneur' has launched a platform that offers e-books (amongst other things) on entrepreneurship, personal development, wealth creation, and financial literacy. We are starting with a series of 'how to' e-books on investing and making money in Philippine Real Estate. The first e-book will focus on the right info needed when acquiring your first property in the Philippines.

We know that thoughts like 'What's new?' or 'What makes you different from everybody else offering e-books?' are running through your head.

Well, we have a value proposition that will knock the socks out of everyone and will make us stand out from the rest!
What makes us unique is this - once you purchase an e-book from us for $2 (P100 just to round it off), you are automatically entered into a draw wherein you get a chance to win a studio condominium unit located in one of the hottest locations in Metro Manila!

It doesn't stop there! On top of that, 5% of the gross proceeds we make will go to the development of an affordable housing project in Leyte and other provinces affected by Typhoon Yolanda or help Michael Martinez raise funds for further ice skating training or the Philippine Red Cross or any charity of your choice.
To summarize, for an investment of $2:
1. You get valuable information on how to invest in Philippine Real Estate.

2. You get 1 entry into a raffle where the grand prize is a condominium unit in a hot location in Metro Manila. (There are no foreign ownership restrictions to who can own condo units in the Philippines.)

3. You will also help build a community that will positively impact the lives of so many affected by Typhoon Yolanda or any charity of choice.

How would we like you and your organization to be a partner in this?

Buy our e-book - "Buyer Beware! What To Know When Buying Your First Property in the Philippines"!

Send us a PM on our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/andrepreneurph or an email on andrepreneurph@gmail.com and we'll send over the mechanics!

'To infinity and beyond!'
